Experienced House and Pet Sitters providing excellent service since 1995

While You're Away Ltd was first founded in 1995 and we have grown slowly and diligently, as this type of service has become more and more popular.

Our history has always been in the "people business". We have a great love of animals, our children were brought up to enjoy and to love and respect "all creatures great and small". Sue has experience in the training of dogs in particular and animals have always been a big part of our lives. These days we need to be on hand to cover emergencies so our "menagerie" is severely depleted!

We are always available to deal with our clients' needs and enquiries. Out of normal office hours, we have a message service which is regularly checked. We do appreciate that weekends and evenings are the times when most people "browse" to find the "right" care for their four legged friends so we will return your call as promptly as possible.

If you are looking for a pop-in service, although we do not offer this, do call us as we may be able to point you in the right direction.

We have public liability / third party insurance policy covering our clients' homes for up to £5,000,000, plus cover for your pets whilst in the care of WYA Ltd is now £5000 per pet. However, clients should have their own home and contents insurance in place. It is often the case that insurance companies will reduce your premium if your home is occupied and secured by our sitters in your absence.
