Equine care fees will be based on the level of care needed. Winter fees are normally higher than summer. Fees can be quoted after a conversation with the client regarding the level of care involved e.g. skipping out stable, grooming and hoof picking, clearing of field, rugging up, stabling and leading to paddock etc.
Code of Practice
While You're Away sitters work to a comprehensive Code of Practice to ensure that your home and pets receive the very best available care. The Code instructs sitters to remain in your home for no less than 16 hours each day for the above scale of charges.
If they go out, your home and pets must be left secure. They are instructed not to receive visitors without your prior permission, and will contact our staff in the unlikely event of an emergency. The Code also tells sitters to be punctual and to leave your home tidy and clean, and your pets properly groomed on your return. A full copy of the code is available on request.
